I’m a clinical psychology (PsyD) doctoral student at Adler University, passionate about supporting children, youth, and adults, particularly those with ADHD, learning differences, and emotional and social challenges. My focus is on assessing academic, cognitive, emotional, and social factors to help individuals and families thrive, with particular interest in social-emotional functioning, including anxiety and depression, executive functioning, giftedness, relationships, trauma, and women’s and sexual health. I also hold an Honours BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia (2024), where I completed two undergraduate theses and gained hands-on research experience as a research assistant in the Early Development Research Group and the Social Identity Lab.
Currently, I serve as Lead Clinical Coordinator at Skylark Health & Wellness, where I oversee client intake and clinical management, conducting individual, relationship, and family intake consultations. I also coordinate programs such as DBT groups and work to make mental health services accessible by partnering with community and government organizations. I’m dedicated to reducing stigma, removing barriers to care, and creating safe, supportive spaces for clients.
