I take a compassionate, authentic and non-judgmental approach when working with clients. My hope is that counselling can be a place in which you feel safe to explore yourself and your experiences, find solace and meaning. I have often found having someone be alongside me as I explore my inner experiences to be grounding. My hope is that I can be that grounding space for my clients in order to give them courage to explore their inner experiences. I believe it is essential that you feel safe and understood in our work, and I hope that we can work toward building a sense of trust and safety together. I have experience working with adults from various backgrounds and cultures. I have worked with those struggling with relationship issues, grief, anxiety, and trauma.
